Environmental Commitment

Whenever possible, we utilize 'Carbon Neutral' accredited courier services for our deliveries. Additionally, the majority of our packaging materials are recycled to minimize environmental impact.

Delivery Options

• Smaller Items: These will be delivered by one of our trusted courier services, such as DPD Local, Yodel, or Parcel Force. Full tracking and other delivery options will be provided. Local deliveries may be made via dedicated door-to-door courier services; in such cases, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery day.

• Deliveries Within London: For large items not suitable for standard courier delivery and with a purchase value over £250, we provide delivery to front door (if unobstructed access and suitable lift is available for floors above the first floor). If no lift is available, request a delivery quote.

• Deliveries Outside London (UK Mainland): Substantial furniture pieces and other oversized deliveries will be brought to the ground floor entrance when possible. Some heavy and sizable items may be delivered curbside by pallet or other means.

Exclusions and Special Deliveries

Certain oversized or overweight products, such as some solid marble items, and very large or especially fragile items, are excluded from our free delivery offer. These items require specialized delivery services, which will incur additional charges.

Assembly Requirements

Certain products necessitate customer assembly for safe transportation. However, we provide a Professional Assembly service upon request. This service entails delivery on a specified day, installation in a designated room, assembly, and removal of packaging materials. Lead Times

Lead times are subject to variation.

The product lead times displayed on our website serve as typical estimates and are intended for guidance purposes only. The actual time required for your order may vary significantly due to various factors.

We are committed to delivering your order as promptly as possible. If you would like to inquire about the progress of your order at any time, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Delivery Timing

Stock items will be dispatched within 1-3 days of order. Some products have specific lead times shown on pages and may vary by variant.

For products that come back in stock, we will send you a shipping notification upon dispatch.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday.

We offer the option to hold orders free for up to a maximum of 60 days.

Pickup

For your convenience, you may opt to collect your order from our London warehouse (N17 9DU). Pickup is available during working hours, Monday to Friday. If you choose the Pickup option, kindly contact us beforehand for notification when your item is ready for collection.

For very large items ordered for Pickup, we may request that you specify a collection time or arrange for pickup from our nearby warehouse.

Returns

Customized goods or made-to order goods are generally non-returnable and non-cancellable. For any other new and unused items that you wish to return, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
